Warranty

Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of PrivaTech’s Smart Film when used under normal conditions and maintained according to the instructions provided. During the warranty period, PrivaTech will repair or replace, at its discretion, any Smart Film that proves to be defective due to materials or workmanship.

Warranty Period:
The warranty period for PrivaTech Smart Film is 2 years from the original date of installation.
 

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:

• Improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

• Exposure to extreme environmental conditions beyond recommended guidelines.

• Physical damage from impacts, cuts, scratches, or abrasions.

• Power supply issues or electrical surges beyond recommended tolerances.
   

How to Make a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact PrivaTech sales@privatech.com.au with the following:

Subject: Warranty

• Proof of purchase and installation date.

• Description and photos of the defect.

• Contact information for follow-up.
   

Limitations of Liability:
PrivaTech’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as specified in this warranty. PrivaTech is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Smart Film.
